I wired my stereo up a sony xplod deck in a 94 pathy..i bought one of those soche adapters pluged it in wired it in and no go the cd player comes on lights up but no sounds..whats wrong???

how can i bypass my amp..when i think about it couldent i just cut the wires to the amp then hook them up again but not though the amp..is that how you bypass it??

Yep, you need to bypass the amps.

The amps are located in the passenger side rear quarter panel. You will need to remove the inside lower panel to get to them.

Here are the wiring diagrams you will need:
