This is what they look like installed on an Xterra, though they'll also fit Frontiers... Gives a more modern and cleaner "cal look" to the front end, I guess. TBD if the light output is actually better (just getting dark here now, after install - I'll update).

The headlight bulbs are 9004 Sylvania SilverStars - nice, white light without the blue rice look. Obvious against H3/35w fog lights; replace these bulbs with H3/55w SilverStars as well to match if preferred (I plan to replace my fog lights along with the bumper). Besides, glass lenses are almost $30 apiece for the stock fog lights. Screw that.

The top parking lamp is type 194 and as stock is clear; replacement is amber for more consolidated look and since amber side panel is now absent, would shoot white light sideways - a no-no. Personal preference here really. I might replace with silver-coated (amber when lit) bulbs as well to remove orange reflection when not lit.

Ive used silverstars for awhile now and I love um...they are not so good in the rain but at all other times they are great.

Why don't you find them good in the rain (haven't experienced this yet)? I had them out in the snow and the white light with the white snow makes for some sweet illumination...
