my engine wont run..it will start then die out when u touch the gas or after about 5 secs.But if u spray starting fluid in it the motor will run all day.Anyon know what could be happening
Sounds like you're not getting fuel to the engine. Try replace fuel filter.

No I dont. But if I remember correctly, there are only like 2 or 3 vacum hoses on the intake, and none of them will make it not run if they are not connected.

Usually, when new, there's an underhood vacuum diagram. Being that your rig is 14 year old it might not be readable anymore.

its a 4x4 87.with the z24i motor..its got about 130000 miles on it..i bought new plugs new vaccum lines, changed the oil, rewired some things that were cut or messed up, and pluged some stuff in that was unplugged(like some connectors on the side of the throttle body)
