Sounds like you're not getting fuel to the engine. Try replace fuel filter.

if the fuel filter doesn't work
see if the fuel pump is pumping that should fix it 89 Nissan Pathfinder, 4" trailmaster,3" body lift, Rancho 9000x all round, sway-away torsion bars, 33X12.50 bfgs. Want to turn my pile of parts into SAS!! |

it gets gas all the way to the throttle boy..i think the injector is clogged

Is the intake hooked up. If it is not hooked up the MAF sensor will not be hooked up and it will run just as you described.

No I dont. But if I remember correctly, there are only like 2 or 3 vacum hoses on the intake, and none of them will make it not run if they are not connected.

its a 4x4 87.with the z24i motor..its got about 130000 miles on it..i bought new plugs new vaccum lines, changed the oil, rewired some things that were cut or messed up, and pluged some stuff in that was unplugged(like some connectors on the side of the throttle body)
