OK, the sales are starting on Friday, what GPS's are good for 4-Wheeling. Bass Pro Shops has the Garmin Nuvi 350 on sale for $299 (normally $599), they also have Tom Tom One for $119 after rebate (normally $249). Anyone got other sales that are starting Friday and good units for 4-wheeling?

Any of the Garmin mapping units that you can load maps into will do trails.

Don't you have a laptop Bob? I've never used a handheld, but maps are nice on a decent sized screen. Tough to find room for the unit though.

I've got some laptop screens if you can figure out the pin-out to stretch the connection you can just nail one to the dashboard and put the system under a seat or something there mr. showtruck Wink

Yea, I'm thinking Bob is about to be bringing the bling pretty quick. You do need a bad a$$ truck to not scratch it no matter where you take it. I really can't wait to see the grin on his face to tell the truth.

You have a nice truck too. Different shows for different folks ...

Yea I have a laptop, but didn't want it use it. I was thinking about a double-din, DVD/CD/AM/FM/MP3/Navigation system that won't take up any room. Although I would need to remove my current headunit and the tilt-o-meter thingy.

I know... I am looking at tomorrow sales and seeing other things I could buy instead. I better rethink all this because by the time I get my truck back, I won't be able to afford to put the gas in it!!!!
