This may be an outdated petition; I don't know for sure. But it's main arguement are that ATV's can't drive on state roads in KY, therefore it's a petition to make it legal for one particular road.

But KY had a law change late last year that has now legalized ATV's for on-road use. So it shouldn't be a problem, anymore.

I signed it anyways. Not that I'm a big advocate of ATV use - they cause us 4 wheelers a lot of trouble when it comes to trying to keep lands open because they don't stay on the trails, but I signed for the principle of it.

Grow the Nissan Community and stand up for ORV user rights!
