They are now trying to close old wagon trails and class 4's for any kind of 4x4 or ATV use in VT.
So basically if a old town road is on or runs through someones property line and it hasn't been used in 30 years it will be closed and no longer concidered part of town property become the landowners road and no longer a class 4 or trail. So you can't use it freely without worry now. This applies to all roads and trails in the state it would be concidered trespassing if you decided to use one after this is passed.

Figures this all started over some guy who was pissed off about a motorcycle event using some old class 4 in Southern VT.
The end of free wheeling in VT it seems.
