It's time for me to replace my centerlink... again. I don't have the $ for Calmini or SLR, but I do have access to a great machine shop with top-notch guys to assist.
Considering that I have access to the shop, what are my options to do have this done? The TK1 mod seems promising, but all the pictures are gone.
Unfortunately, my Pathfinder is now my daily driver, but it's also my trail rig on the weekends. I have the 3" AC suspension lift with 31" tires.

making your own is the best bet. I made mine and love it. havent gotten on rocks yet, but ive gotten wheel hop and havent broken it(where I broke many idle arm shafts and destroyed many bearings on my previous CL). heres a few quick pics:
That is a pretty trick setup you have there. Are those simple bearings like a 203F or similar? Put two on each side and run a grade 8 bolt through the whole assembly?
The TK1 stuff is all over the place here, but so few pictures exist anymore in the posts.
