Hey Guys
I need to do some fender trimming on the truck tonight. I was hoping maybe some of you had pics of your fender area. Maybe it might help LOL. This is to fit the 32's I just got. I have Calmini 3'' suspension lift so I am hoping it wont be to major, I know I will probably have to cut quite a bit on the bottom rear side of the front fenders. Any input it greatly appreciated...! 1995 WD21 Pathfinder XE-V6 4X4 with Calmini Suspension and Steering, Front Prerunner Light Bar and Running 32's -more mods to come, like a SAS : P |

You'll find a fender screw into the pinch seam on the bottom of the truck. Remove all the material up to about 1/4" forward of the screw...pinch seam included. A grinder with a cutoff wheel will make pretty quick work of it.

All you should need is to cut the back portion of the fenders, towards the rocker panels. You should be able to clear 32's fine with a suspension lift.
BTW- welcome back, been a while since I've seen your screen name. 1995 KC XE-V6 4x4. |

here is a thread from npora with helpful pictures.
Fender Trimming Rather than cutting the pinch seams, I opted to hammer mine down. It's way easier if you take the wheel off. Remember to prime and paint the areas with bare metal afterwards. To me, raw, cut edges are not finished. They are dangerous and look hacked.
If you are not going to form a new flange on the edge, at least use some push-on trim to protect yourself and others from raw sheet metal edges. |

I agree with res.
On my fenders I'm going to put fuel line over the raw sheet metal edges. It's cheap, easy to do and saves your arms when working on the truck. 1995 KC XE-V6 4x4. |

When i did mine, i just traced the outside of the plastic factory fender flares and cut on that line. it opened them up quite a bit but looks really clean.
