Yes, it will work. You will need all the parts from the 94 to transfer over in your 90. Rewiring the dash gauges is necessary. Have to replace the speedo cable with speed sensor in the tranny. I have an '89 Nissan Hardbody King Cab with a Chevy truck/Blazer 4" suspension lift and 3" body lift. It will soon have a TBI 350, SM-465 4 speed trans and 208 T-case rounded off with 39" tires.

I do have a 94 pathfinder, and per Nissan there have been numerous problems with the speedometer assembly in the 94-95 models, (only made it for 2 years from what I was told), and I was also told that the pickup version is not the same as the pathy. I had to replace my speedometer assembly at 122K now I have 151K and still running good. David
