Has anyone here used the 5012's on the rear of their Pathy's? Would they work or be too long? I know these would be ideal when "long-arming" the rear, but Im not there yet. Thanks for your help!

I think thats what I'm using int he back of mine.. they are definitely too long for a near stock suspension. I'm running about 8" of lift in the rear with longarms and they are just about right.

Thanks Datz. Im running the coils that came with the AC 3" susp lift. I think the 5012's will work. I lifted the rear axle on one side just to see what the max distance the spring/shocks would compress and its approximately 2-1/8" before the spring will start lifting the truck. The 5012 is 19" from eye to eye and right now the shock mounts measure 22.5" from cen to cen. That gives me 3.5" of travel in the shock before it compresses fully. Well since the spring will only compress 2-1/8" that leaves me with just enough room (1 3/8") before the shock will bottom out when flexed.
