The interior is cherry the carpet looks great in it.

Just admiring it..

It's been two years since I was offroadin I feel like crying like I have been stranded on a desert isle...

Ok enough with the emotions....

My g/f posing next to it I couldn't have gotten here without her...

Anyways scored a set of 4 35x12.50 bfg(pre KM)tires with 1/2 tread mounted on 15x10 AR chrome rims for $180.

welcome back, It's got a good body being a SFA Toyota. All the ones around here are in very bad condition. Good choice with the 4 runner.

Hey they fit with a slight bit of rubbing....... Smile

The redneck dragster look....

But seriously the other tire is flat so I have to find the leak before I complete the look...

However that's 35's on 15x10's with 4" BS on a stock 86 4 runner with no lift and sagging rear springs....

Thanks guys it's good to be back. I have to do a SFA swap on this thing.
The IFS has got to go...
So likely doing chevy springs in the back which work better on a 4 runner.
Sprung and a 4 link F+R is very very tempting to do..... Maybe a combo of jeep control arms and springs might do it....

Well back on 35's.....
Sorry the pics are kinda dark but tomorrow I may get some new ones.

It rubs in the front when turned.
It looks like some trimming will happen definately a 2" body-lift going in.
The lift shackles helped alot.

I have fix some little things on it now.
The front headlight died and I need to replace one of the front rotors.

Funny I have already had neighbours come by and comment on how it looks with 35's under it... lol

I am going with a 84-85 toyota solid front.
The swap is fairly easy and cheap.

Well fixed some little things in the last few days. I got the dome light working bad bulb.
I rigged up my jumper pack to power my 1000 Watt AC inverter and fitted a drill sanding disk to my 5.5 amp craftsman drill.
I decided to tackle the rust work on it.

Phew that damn fiberglass stinks...
It gets everywhere too.
Well the tiger hair is on.
I had the rust in the usual spots above the rear wheel wells. Glad that's done then comes the bondo and priming.
