Ok, since nothing is going on in here... are there even any people from the northwest on this forum?

Seems that everyone lives in Arizona, Texas, or southern California.

I was raised in Vancouver, BC. Lived there until '94 . . .

But I do live in Texas now . . . big grin

When remodeling your bathroom, remember: If you plan on having French people over, they'll need one of those ass-fountains.

Hey whats with everyone living in Arizona and Texas and places arond there. I live in Medford Oregon ( very southern oregon ). Oregon mud is great, although the water is very tricky, always looks shallower than it really is. Sunk my truck in a pond mad ( hense my name ), wont do that again! big grin

Hey Sunk!

Welcome to the board! I hear ya about the water. Water is the same way out here in AZ. Its usually too murky to see the bottom, so it can get deep without notice.

This board started out with members from Arizona (we started up the board) smile So thats why theres a lot of us on here. Let everyone know about the board up there in Oregon so we can get some more representation from up there. If you are in an offroad club and need your own club forum, just let us know and we'll make one for you.

Hey Datz,

So thats why there are not many people from the NW. Whats weird is that so many bad things have happened when I go out wheelin. Right now I own a 83' K10 Blazer ( Diesel ) that has gone through some mud that I should have gotten stuck in. And then I meet a puddle and get water in the engine. And before that happened, me and some friends were in a 93' 4Runner and drove it into a pond to! mad The cab filled wit water instantly, and we jumped out. We walked to a friends house got his Blazer and by the time we got back to the 4Runner, all you could see was the back tailgate just barley sticking out of the water. Sadly water got into the engine and hydo-locked it, so it was totaled. frown I wonder when common sense is gonna kick in and say "VEHICLES DON'T FLOAT!" But until then....... big grin

Here is a pick of my Blazer.....

Nice Blazer! Those K5s are pretty beefy and can be built up pretty easily from what I've seen.

Sounds like you need to stay away from water. smile

He I'm from Port Orchard. I come through here sometimes though I don't wheel. Right now I couldn't afford to mess up my truck.

I am.

Member of PNWX. Most members don't hang out much on message boards other than the one we use for club communication, but we have 40+ (15+ really active) members. We go on trail runs usually at least once a month, in Oregon, Washington, and BC.

Well I am originally from wester WA, Elma to be exact, but living in AZ for the last three and half years.

Probably next summer I am going to drive my truck up there and wheel with you guys. Gotta get bucket seats first though.

I live in Gig Harbor Washington, witch is near Tacoma. I got a pretty much stock 90 Hardbody SE king cab with 31/10.50 AT's turbo net and soon a 2-3 inch body lift with my friends 32/11.50 MT's and I love to wheel with my friends in Port Orchard, sand pit in the Harbor, and Tawhoa. I would like to know if anyone knows of other places to wheel around here!
