I haven't seen anyone bend a dent out of the rocker panel.

awesome. Just what I wanted to hear! 11doh Someone said they thought someone ELSE said that you could take off the carpet liners and get down in there and pound it out. . . we'll see. But more than likely will be doing some herculean body work, in the form of a roll-on!

Take up the plastic door sills and make an access hole. You can pry most of it out that way.

The way I did it was to bend a piece of thin steel rod (a bucket handle) into a "C" shape. I tack welded the C to the dent, then pried it out, bearing against the door sill. Protect the door sill with a strip of wood to prevent denting the edge.

Another way is to use an auto-body slide hammer.

Once you get it close, bondo it and build some sliders.

It's a fine line between clever and stupid.

This has been posted/done before. Think it's time for rock sliders now.
