I may have to drop my tank in order to put new spring hangers. Are there any special tools I will need to disconnect the lines? Thanks.

Most of the fuel lines have quick install type clamps. A good set of line men pliers are good.
I like using safty wire pliers when removing most clamps. Here's a link to a really cheap set. http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=45340 1995 KC XE-V6 4x4. |

I would just cut the soft lines and replace w/ new fuel injection hose( not regular fuel line). Regular fuel line can't take the pressure and will crack.
