Take up the plastic door sills and make an access hole. You can pry most of it out that way.
The way I did it was to bend a piece of thin steel rod (a bucket handle) into a "C" shape. I tack welded the C to the dent, then pried it out, bearing against the door sill. Protect the door sill with a strip of wood to prevent denting the edge.
Another way is to use an auto-body slide hammer.
Once you get it close, bondo it and build some sliders.
