Will be putting in some rebuilt axles in the spring at the same time I'll be getting the bearings packed/adjusted and the locking hubs put on.

AdvanceAP (http://www.partsamerica.com/) has axles from $60 to $123 The Cardones are around $94.

Are the Cardone axles going to last?

They're probably all reconditioned stock ones, so any would likely be fine.

Why not re-build yourself? Then you know what'd in it, and how to take it apart on the trail! Those prices all seem rediculously low for re-builds! Used junkyard axles usually cost from $110-$300!

Gentlemen....he almost HAS to be talking about rebuilt/remanufactured/new CV Half-Shafts. There's no way you're getting a complete axle or TWO for $100-$300... now half-shafts are another story. Before I realized this, I was gonna put my 2 cents in for Currie and/or Dynatrac. Later...
