Thats from the spring over axle flip. I have a 3/4 or 1/2 plate which needs to be installed under the passenger leaf spring to correct the height difference. However I don't think that would have anything to do with the alignment problems.

Get a buddy and a tape measure and measure shoulder to shoulder on the tires, both in front, and on the back side. The front measurment should be 1/8 - 1/4" less than the rear - you want it toed in just a smidge to track well on the road and not wander.

Toe does affect how the chamber looks. I assume you built in proper caster ~6 degrees so that should not be an issue.

Toe out will make it wander more, I would suggest you make some sort of grease plates to let the tires relax when they hit the ground. The toe in/out look can be just from the way you park.
