Alright, I don't have any fancy programs for doing this. My drawing sucks, but you get the point. See anything I'm forgetting?

Since it's hard to read...here's the number designations.
1. ARB pneumatic switch
2. Pressure switch for ARB idiot light
3. System pressure gauge
4. ARB switch exhaust ported out of cab with filter
5. Pressure manifold
6. Pressure relieve valve
7. Air chuck
8. Connection to air tank on sliders

This is the valve I'm using for my ARB's...

Comments, suggestions?

that looks like a lot of work why not just get a CO2 system a lot more user friendly to install

CO2 has to be refilled, and if you have pressure on and a line breaks, you're screwed. The only thing a CO2 tank would eliminate would be the compressor, check valve, pressure switch and air tank.

Looks good. Ive been wanting to do this for awhile so I can feel safe airing down. I was also going to incorporate a hose reel in the back area along with a reel for an extension cord to be driven off my as of yet uninstalled power invertor.

I can see your point with the costs of a CO2 system but I was lucky I picked up 2 20# tanks for free traded 1 for a 10# the only thing I do is use it for is to air up. I am not not running lockers so its not that big a deal.

Campbell HAusfield water separator/air filter way downstream -after some coiled copper 1/4" or 3/8" tubing to help cool the air and get the water to condense out for the separator to do it's job.

Got a hose reel?

I'm guessing the ARB compressor won't let the PSI go above the range of the lockers? I have an aftermarket compressor in mine. I had to run a regulator before going to the ARB solonoids. The upside is that I can go beyond the that limit in the tanks.I also put a shut off valve right before the ARB solonoids so if I have to leave my truck somewhere or my teenage brother has to borrow it, I can make sure I limit the trouble they may cause by using them on the road.
Lator....

you're totally right, I need a regulator in there, good call. A shut off valve isn't a bad idea, either. This is a viair compressor, eventually to be replaced with a York.

Not sobr , ether, gotta keep mopisture outa the air tank, and/or throw some antifreeze/ "tank sealer" in there.

The sliders will not hold enough air to air up one tire. You will be using the compressor on the last 3 1/2 tires anyway. And having the sliders inline will slow that process down (more volume to compress)

I have both a co2 tank and two $50 MV-50 compressors. I have not timed it but the the two compressors can air up the 4 tires in what feels like about the same amount of time as the CO-2 tank. Accept that the compressors heat the air and the tires lose a few psi when they cool off.

FYI...I run the ARB's off of one of the small ARB compressors mounted under the back jump seat.

After the tanks are emptied ,a simple ball valve on a manifold setup -inline- can close off air to the tanks and divert it to just the hose reeel to finninsh airing up.

2 sliders can hold almost 3 gallons of air. Throw in a bumper ( or two) some exo or internal cage and you could easily get 6 gallons storage from space that's already being used.

Granted, having tank(s) spread out as sliders , bumpers, rollcage would require a bit of "spaghetti", but it frees up quite a bit of space that would be needed for a large
( 5 gallon or better) tank- which is easily doable if it were all planned ahead of time before these "builds".
