This is puzzling. Do you have access to your HOSTS file? Maybe putting the entry in your HOST file will get you there. The other thing we've had people try is to clear out your DNS cache.

If you love something set it free.
If it comes back, it will always be yours.
If it doesn't come back, it was never yours to begin with.

But, if it just sits in your living room, messes up your stuff, eats your food, uses your telephone, takes your money and doesn't appear to realize that you had set it free.....
You either married it or gave birth to it !!

I don't understand I can open the AC web site and click on any item and open it except the Disscussion board. When I click on the Disscussion board this is what appears.

I'll let Jane know and see what she can find out.

Desert Lady, Our company computer IT man explanded the problem I'm having accessing the disscussion board to me and I'll try to explane it to you to see if you can help. Apparently when I click on the disscussion board (only) at AC our Symantic web security sends a TAC which is checking to see if the site I'm requesting (tring to open) is comeing from the same place. If your system doesn't respond, our security system will not allow access to that site. In other words he had explane to me that the disscussion board is not being sent from the same web site, I think? or your system is not set up or sending a response to the security TAC sent from our server. Can you help.......or am I just left out from accessing the disscussion board during the day while I'm at my place of business. Confused

BTW; I am only having this problem with the "disscussion board" at the AC web page.....I can open the main home page and every other item on the page but the disscussion board.

I just now started having problems. Lats weekend I had some problems getting into AC, but on Monday it was working. Now I have the same problem as Herk. I can see everything at AC except the boards. Just started happening this morning.

Ok, sounds like a possible referrer issue - I'll let Jane know so she can follow up with her people.

Now it's saying it doesn't recognize my name or password...and when I click Discussion Board all that comes up is Murano. Has been working the last couple days just fine for me though.

NOW I'm getting a Login name/Password not found. All I can see is the Titan and Murano boards, but I'd like to log in to interact at least!

Here's the scoop so far on the AC web site. The good news is it's getting better. This morning (11/21/03) I was able to view the home/main page, clicked on the disscussion board and it open for me but not all of the threads, clubs and so on are up (viewable) and when I had tried to login it did not reconize my passward so of course I couldn't login. Bummer.... smiley42
