It's easiest to replace the entire lower control arm on the newer frontys. You can just buy the ball joint and have fun removing and and installing it. There pressed on. www.partsamerica.com has them. search for lower control arm.

I have done this and its not to terribly difficult just time consuming.

You have to remove the lower control arm, and there is a nut holding the pressed balljoing in, you need to remove the nut and then press the balljoint out.

the tricky part is getting the nut back on once you have pressed the ball joint back in as the balljoint will simply spin while you attempt to tighten the nut.

It is doable, and if you know how to remove the control arm then its relativley straight forward.

Napa has the balljoints:

Clicky

or NAPA part number NCP2601596

And the cheapest deal on Lower arms is from ABC nissan. (See the banner up on top of this page)

Any type of bearing press can be used, I use the small cheapie one they have at harbor freight. When you are pressing the balljoint out you are basically applying direct pressure to the balljoint and popping it out of the arm, thats pretty much what pressed in means.

Revans is right, dealer is the only place who have LCA's with ball joints for your truck. must be another year where you can but after market LCA's with ball joints.
