is it for real though?

It isn't the signatre powdercoat blue, the IA and PA dont have any splines, and there doesnt appear to be a mounting point on the CL for th Tie Rods.

just wondering if it will be pushed back unitl 20**

Nah, they've been working on it for a while.. and the parts are SO similar to the Xterra/D22 setup that theres very little that has to be done to put out a D21 kit.

Its gotta be for real..

Nissanboy, there are no splines on an Idler arm, and the tierods go into the arms themselves, not the CL. That's the Calmini design.

Also, the powdercoating cannot be applied evenly every time so there was some issues with that. That's why it's not powdercoated...from what I heard.

I have a few questions for Steve (CalMini):

Will the stering system work for all (W)D21 models? Since 86.5-92 trucks have a smaller tapper on the tierod ends, will the newer models (93-97) which have a larger tapper be able to use the same steering system? Or do you have two sets of idler and pitman arms for the different models?

Mahalo in advance.

Guys, our vendors don't have a lot of time to check boards. You might be best served to pick up the phone and call their 800 number and ask the question. Please post what you find out.
