Sounds good, in all reality, you COULD install with out removing the tire, but not worth risking burning some rubber. Took me about 30 minutes to install, including removing the old paint. BUT i used a torch for that, I'm too impatient to grind away, just some heat and a wire brush, done in no time  Just let me know when you're ready. Thanks! Greg
