My rear bumper covers that area - it's one piece of tube bent all the way around. I think it'd be stronger that way, as the frame at that point is only C-channel.

I can look next time I'm back at the dealer. I may be able to build something off the frame that comes out, but a complete bumper would probably be best.I'll look into it and let you know.

Don't forget us 95 and back Pathfinders...Oil Pan Skid Plate. There is a pattern for a basic one in the tech section of this site. Gives a good idea of the kind of shape and drop needed to clear the diff and oil pan itself. Smile
