Mile Marker hydraulic winches suck. Not sure about their electric ones. Buy a Warn, or even a Ramsey first.

Think about it...sink your truck in water. Want to use winch? No. Gotta have motor running...unless you got an electric one.

I've used a Warn on a 4wheeler (ATV, quad, whatever) underwater, yes underwater, a couple times. They work Wink

you will end up needing a new deep cycle battery to use a winch as well. Refer to datz's blow-to-hell battery sitting in the garage right now, and the new red top in his truck.

I gotta disagree with you there Andy. They are a bit slower, but they also will out duty cycle an electric all day long.

What do you know about the electrics? Their 12,000# winch sure looks like a sweet deal.
