Hi Brian,

Welcome aboard. Each site has their own differences and their reasons behind it. That's what gives us all variety. If all the boards were exactly the same, it'd be boring. Smile

I'm sure everyone here will chime in and let you know what they're interested in.

We've been considering a rear diff skid (h233b) and possibly a gas tank skid. T-case gears came first. Big Grin

I'm not sure about an XJ being one of the best production 4x4's ever made, but welcome anyway. Something about D35 screams out to me as crap. Razz hehe I think that gas tank skids made of AT LEAST 1/4" would work well. I've bent the hell out of the POS one I have currently. (Of course, that gas tank isn't used anymore, but oh well... hehe) Welcome to N4W

Dangit! Just "lost" a long post!!
For starters, I need a good XJ slider design that uses 1.5"x3" boxtube like a step. I am fabbing these myself, so I hope you can still help me w/ a design. I am following these www.rocky-road.com/xjrockrail.html so far. The WIDE rail is to be used as a step. Lemme know what you think. I can email ya if needed since this is offtopic. Wink
My Xterra plans include- Gas skid, rear bumper w/ 3 tug pts/recievers, tire swing, u bolt flip, new rear crossmember for the relocated shocks, front shock towers....I could go on and on...I have an XJ bumper on my X that fits well, if you need the CAD drawing.
I swear we stand around and BS ea. other for 6-7 hrs every SAT. and only really wrench on shizz for an hour or 2!! Frown Buncha bums! We got a rear bumper done for an MJ and a rear for a TJ today- no-brainers....but all my Xterra got was some d-ring hangers on the front. Frown
Welcome to the board, post some pix of your work.

Very cool!!! Nice to see another fabricator onboard.

I was just thinking about skidplates the other day.. I need a set for my Pathy and am tossing around ideas. Either aluminum or steel would work. The only thing keeping me from making a set is lack of a plasma cutter to get clean cuts. Frown

Let us know how your plates turn out.. I'd love to see some pics. Might even have you make a set if I dont get around to doing it myself.

If you make an H233b skidplate, I'll definitely buy one. Unless I can aquire a plasma cutter, that kinda stuff is difficult to make.

I built the sliders for our Pathy out of 1.5"x3" tubing a couple of weeks ago. They look good from the side, they aren't too noticeable but are nice to step on.

No one here said anyone was a '*******', at least not in this thread, or anywhere else I have seen. They have a policy of no advertising on NOR and N4W doesn't it seems. I enjoy all the Nissan boards, and try to abide by the rules of each of them.

Seems like you have some kind of problem with NOR for whatever reason. I believe most people here, if not nearly all, do not. So, you might want to think a little bit about calling names, and trying to cause division in the market you seem to want to be a part of. Offering new parts and sources is great, but if you piss off the people who may buy them, it won't help you any.
