None. Just a customer that wants a D21 cage. I bought there gears earlier in the Year. People started asking if the D21 cage would fit a Fronty. I asked Dave if they where making a Fronty or Xterra version. He said collect names and vehicle types and see if people want one.

Just trying to help the Nissan community get products developed. I get nothing for My efforts.

Its just cage for the front two seats in a kingcab, reg cab or xterra. One size fits all.

Exo cages are the evolution of roll bars. Interior roll cages are nice item made for racing rigs that are thrashed and tossed after rolls, they save lives and not much else. Exo's are made to save lives and the rig, so the everyday user can keep on using the rig after a roll. Wink

I think both have pros and cons. I personally like both for different reasons. I think its like the auto/manual trans debate. There will never be a unanimous decision one way or the other.

yeah and the fact that if you roll wit han exo, there is WAY less you're gonna have to spend on body work... If you roll with an int. cage, its a good chance the vehicle will not be driven home...

For that price it'd be a good deal. But it'd have to fill in the kingcab or crew cab portion; i just don't see why a guy would want one if its for the standard cab version only.

I just fabbed the cage for my YJ and it takes a very very long time to do properly. It would have been cheaper time wise for me to buy one and weld or even bolt it in.

As for exo, that would be okay for a trail rig but what if ya to work every day like i do? Wind drag and weight would be a bummer perhaps. I'm barely getting 17mpg hwy and i feel good about that Big Grin

If your getting 17 mpg's I need to go lower on my gears. I hover around 11 mpg's

Sorry, I went off topic!

If I do an exo it wil have to be removable. Most exos will not save the rig from a roll-over unless it is a slow gentle roll. An exo will however help keep your body straight (doors able to close, glass intact) when you have to rub a rock or tree in order to continue a trail.

Lator....

If they build one I'll consider it after folks have used them for a couple years. C- has an interesting track record on some of their stuff.
