just got my 95 LE yesterday - looking forward to a summer of backroads/FSR and a winter of deep snow in my quest for backcountry powder!

quick question for everyone though - my LE does not have the external tire carrier that the SE and XE's seem to have.. any ideas on whether it will fit my pathy and if it does, where i can find one?

i will get some pictures of it this weekend and post them - got lucky and the body/interior is in impecable shape.

anyone had the experience of trying to get nissan to pay for the exhaust manifold boo-boo?

If your pathy has under 100,000 miles, they should cover the exhaust manifold repair. At least here in the states, they did an extended warranty on the manifolds till 100,000 just for that reason.

No nissan wont pay for that.
As for the tire carrier, it would probably be esayer to build a bumper with a swing away built into it. The stock ones have bolts welded on the inside, and the sides are reinforced. Depends on what you want out of it.
