Here you guys go, finally got time in the machine shop at school to make this. Havent got a chance to try and set it up yet, I'll let you guys know in a week or so.
Overall length: 1.615 (I got this number from xtoolbox, I hope its right) Major inside diameter: 1.440 (this can be oversized a bit, since it sits on the rough machined surface Minior inside diameter (shoulder): 1.182 (I held this tolerance almost exactly since it sits on the outter bearing surface) Shoulder length: .150
I cant remeber what the outside diameter is, but its just small enough to fit inside the outter bearing.
Maybe I'm overthinking things, but it appears that the spacer that Carl made for Datz is shorter than mine. In his thread, he said he basicly made it end where the rough machining stops and the outter bearing surface starts. Meaning its about .165 shorter.
And on top of that the random factory spacer that I have is about .475 LONGER than the one I made.
I think it was ICEMAN, he said 4-6 weeks. Not sure if it has been that long or not.
It Never Ends...
BUT if you let someone borrow your junk, wifey or girlfriend or mom or dad, and they don't know how to drive a rig with a locker, when they hit ice/snow they is so gonna crash that mofo! -Rondo

No it allows you to use the $650 "modified" gear set that AC promises is a bolt in appliction . If you need it I can auto CAD it. We found that something maybe .075 longer would have been nice and a few thousands smaller in exterior diameter. My shim stack was something like .140 or bigger I cant remember. I've done some hard wheeling on this setup, including some nice smoky burnouts on wet rock. If you need it let me know.
Basicly, dont waste your time with the "modified" set, buy the correct ones. Or better yet swap to axles that you can easily find cheap parts for.
________ I didn't understand what torsion ment, so I cut the damn bar off.
