Are you a fair weather wheeler? I don't want to hear 'because I have no doors or top' either, you should have thought about that when you chose or built your rig.
Lator....

Question:
What weather will you wheel in?

Choices:
Anything short of a tornado or hurricane.
light rain is o.k.
If it's not sunny, I'm not wheeling.

If the sun is not out, I am not leaving the house. Why? Because I have no doors or a top Big Grin

If it starts a light rain while wheeling I might stay at it, but if it starts raining hard I am just going home.

I'm with 92se. If it's starts poring down rain I'm leaving. Here on the beach you don’t stand a chance in the rain.

I would say it depends on the terrain. Florida type mud or sand I'm going home. There's just no point if I know I'm just going to sink my truck.

I actually dig driving in a storm. It just bites weenie when I get stuck and have to get out. smiley42
If I have something planned, I do it, unless conditions are just plain dangerous. A hurricane, or tornadic conditions for example.

It's a fine line between clever and stupid.

If your not going to wheel in the rain, than you may as well take up Shuffleboard. Are you guys afraid of water of is it that your stuff won't hang? Big Grin

I'm not afraid of water. I just don't want to get out in a down pour and pull the cable. I just hate getting out in the rain to get unstuck.

I like having the windows open to look out and such. Even when I had the pathy I never really went out in the rain.

If you don't want to pull cable in the rain, just don't get stuck Razz

as for windows being open, don't let a little water stop ya. lol

The cool thing about wheeling in the rain is watching everyone else work their way through an obstacle. Easy obstacles become difficult. The skinney pedal gets to be held on the floor and you may not be moving at all. Big Grin

Man I want to do some snow-wheelin'. Just light-duty stuff where I can still somewhat make out the terrain, or just running easy fire roads with a good blanket down.

If you're not LOCKED, you're STOCK!
