No rubbing issues at all.
No spin cycle on a dryer, BTW. smiley6

Yes, Greg, that is what is known as "hat bar". (It was laying on the corner for a month.)

An old friend often says that if you were to give me a cherry I would want to build a sundae.

I miss Junkyard Wars. Frown

I have been meaning to geet to a JY and look for a newer Ford. I need some of that "Quiet steel".

Pics of the finished exhaust:
Header > 2 1/2" pipe > Flow Master > Cherry Bomb > 2 1/4" turnout. Complete with heatshield. (That's CHEVY orange, Goat. Razz )

It sounds nearly stock. Maybe a little throatier....Maybe. Certainly better flow and much more compact. Smile

"Quiet Steel from MSC L and C comprises two metal skins surrounding a 25 micron-weldable viscoelastic polymer core."

I wonder if you could make something similar by laminating" sheet " to "sheet" after rolling on some urethane bed liner?

Doubt it would be weldable, tho, like the FOrd stuff . 25 micron that's pretty thin separation- amazing what that little polymer will do.

After the Gas Tank Lift:

2" lift bracket added to frame at rear of tank.

2" riser at front of tank.

Altered skid just needs to be welded up and installed. I ran out of welding wire, so I set it aside to be finished later.

I forgot to mention that the angle iron used for the tank lift was from an old bed frame. Wink

Finished the tank skid on Thursday.

Today I did a bunch of repair and some cosmetic work on the bed, then dropped the bed back on for a ride tomorrow.

Fixed the mangled fender corners by rounding them.

A rock would to honor to his vehicle, most that sees it mud holes Big Grin. I could ship you some rocks from AZ to do your own damage instead of making the long drive.
