Has anyone swapped out a VG30 for the MAXor300z
3.5????? the 3.5 will fit but any trouble with wires or exhaust . any info can help!! nissanshift |

on the 3.5-The exhaust would be totally custom through out the truck. Not the kind of work even a custom exhaust shop could do. You'll would have to do it all yourself.
The VG30DETT is plain and simple to fat of a engine to fat. I don't see any gains used the max engine. You might want to look into swapping in the VG33, if your looking for horsepower pick up the supper charged version. 1995 KC XE-V6 4x4. |

I think the DOHC makes it too wide vs the sohc going vg33 would be the way to go. Chevyman_57 did a writeup on it and you can keep your stock ecu and sensors. VG33ER (supercharged) would prolly be the your biggest bang w/o getting to complicated. and you might get away with still using stock ecu & sensors if you have the vg33e not the vg33i
