I've been pretty busy so far this weekend... I decided to herculine my interior. Soo, I pulled everything out yesterday, prepped this morning, and just finished the 1st coat. Tomorrow AM, I am gonna do the second coat, and hopefully put the seats back in tomorrow night. If not, I do have Monday off, so I could just put it all back together then Wink

Anyway, heres a "before" shot, after removing the interior:

And, here's a shot from the same angle, after the 1st coat. I didn't bother to remove everything that's under the center console, only because you won't see it anyway.

All the other pics can be found ***HERE***

I wanted it to look finished, as I ripped out my carpet. It is also easier to clean out if it gets wet and muddy. As soon as I relocate my ECU, I can take a hose to the interior, and clean it out that way Wink

the ECU is under the passenger seat right? I was told that the unit could be relocated into the glovebox without any extra wiring. I haven't done it yet but plan on it before I take another plung into the lake.

not going with sas. atleast not right now.

No. Mine is under the driver's seat. There is a bunch of wire, where I probably could relocate it. But, I will do that later, on another extended weekend Wink

My rig used to be a 2wd, so maybe they located the ECU in a different spot than the 4wd, or v6 models.

Fineto.

Got the interior all put back together with the exception of the shifter/trans covers. It is still drying, will put that back together later tonight. I also didn't bother hooking back up my stereo system. Gonna build a new box, and get new equip, so I am going to be rollin w/out tunes for awhile. Meh, no worries.

Anyways, here's the latest of the pics, and I think it looks GOOD. Eff the haters!!! Fart

2nd coat installed:

Painted cover for the ECU (under the driver's seat):

Dude, that's not your ECU, it's your ABS computer. Your ECU is on top of the tranny hump behind the center stack like every other Frontier and Xterra.

I left them where they were. There's a plastic cover that goes over all the wires, so I just pulled that, and painted it with hammerite. I herculined under the wires, and put everything back together the way it was Wink

You can see in this pic, the plastic painted piece. Also, there's some wires routed underneath the pass seat. I just left those alone Smile
