well my lower ball joints were stressing pretty good , so i decided to go ahead and do the titan swap ive had they uca and lca for a while now but didnt want to pay out $550 for new axles , i had an extra set of axles so i went ahead and cut them in half then re-sleeved them with chromoly , gained about another 5-6 of total wheel travel so i have around 11"-12" of front wheel travel

had to switch back to factory rims cause the steelies wouldnt work without adapters and that put me to wide

alignment is good smiley4

the titan uca and lca extended the track out about 3" so i cut the tie rods and extended those as well as the axles which put everything back to where it needed to be

yeah the 2nd gen frontiers and titans basically share the same frame , the titan uca and lca are wider though , so you can remove the frontier lca and uca and replace them with the titan uca and lca to get more travel , ill get some comparison pics up today Wink of the same spot out at saguaro lake

so did you put in a titan diff too, or do you still have the R180 egg?

Does this use longer Titan halfshafts?

ill probably go with the titan diff later down the road , just cant afford it right now , and finding one is kind of difficult

but i still need to get the aftermarket control uca , and diff coil overs , these ones arent long enough so im using a spacer but im loosing uptravel

Looks like you run rocks. Up travel is over rated its all about droop. I have my bump stops set so I have 3' up travel and 12" droop and it keeps me from tiping over, all the time.
