I am getting ready to build a front bumper and integrate the spring hangers into the bumper. What is the distance between the springs on a waggy axle, and how far back on the frame do I need to put the hangers? I want to push my tires forward 3". I am also planning to cut off part of the frame horns to gain more approach angle.

This is going on a 03' Frontier.
