You're more than welcome to stay at my place if you want to. It's cheaper than a motel and the (damn confortable) couch sits right in front of a 42" flat screen tv .

are there any cheap motels out there. motel 6 or something? those are all resort type places.

That part of town is pricey, the comfort inn goes $160/night. Best I could find in a quick search is:

That puts you about 30 minutes from the meeting spot for Monday morning. There are probably other options around too. The Motel 6 - Scottsdale is a bit closer but $75/night

When you look at the map of Phoenix metro the Monday morning meeting spot is just east of where HWY 87 and Shea Blvd intersect in Fountain Hills which is on the east side of our little metroplex.

There's a Motel 6 on my side of town that's a little bit cheaper. It's a longer drive, but it's on the west side of Phoenix right off of the Loop 101.
