I know a couple people have mentioned it. I am considering it as well. It would sure beat battling rush hour from East LA on Monday Morning.

Anyone for sure yet?

let me see if I can find the coordinates. I don't have my GPS here, but know where the site is.

One thing I'm concerned about is the quantity of snowmelt runoff in Sycamore creek. Last time I tried to run up Sycamore a few weeks ago, I sunk my truck in quicksand.

We should be able to make it for the extra night. Amber has the new tube for the axle. I'll probably weld it back together tonight.

Me and the Texas boys was a kickin that idea around ourselves....

Long way to go from the Copa to meet that early. And I wouldn't have to set up twice.

Who would stay with our stuff though while we ran Monday?

Meh.

I can see if we can bribe Justin to stay. I'll talk to him tonight. He is looking forward to this run so I'm not sure if he'll be up for hanging around the campsite on day 1.

J might be available for this as well.

Of course that sumbitch would sit there in the wash practicing shoes all day and then annihilate us when we get there....

Or we could camp in that big wash closer to the highway and have a shorter drive to the Monday morning meet.

I think we're all trying to figure out how to get out of setting up camp an extra day.

I dunno.

I have it too though.

It's down a big wash, by another big wash, with sand and junk and stuff.

Meh.

How's about meeting at the Fort McDowell Conoco sometime mid-afternoon? I think 3 would be about the latest to call meeting time and be sure to get set up at camp before dark.

I'm not going to be able to meet up on Sunday. So, where's a good place to join the group on Monday morning and what time?

ahhhhhh quit sweating the details!!!

Just kidding, I think the monday meet is going to be 8 or 8:30 at the Conoco, I bet Andy will get it put up today for sure.

I'd be up for meeting somwhere around Noon on Sunday though for us going out that day. Unless someone else objects I say meet at conoco about noon.

Oh Marchall, Glenard said he was up for the Sunday thing. Our only concern is making supplies last an extra day, but I think we can manage.
