my truck 96 4cyl suddenly died one day like i just turned the ignition off. It cranks fine but won't attempt to fire up. I changed the dist cap, rotor button, plugs and wires, tps sensor and IAT sensor then it would occasionally start but would die once warmed up. spits a lot of fuel out the tail pipe. I have had a code 0180 "fuel temp circuit malf" since i've owned the truck and it always ran great. It is still the only code i am recieving.

my question is what symptoms would i see from a faulty fuel temp circuit/sensor?

dumping raw fuel into cylinders 1 or more
fuel injectors are stuck wide open and are bad
use a ohm meter to test injectors the higher the ohms the worse. look for them to be as close as possible like10 to 15.4 prefferably
all within a couple tenths like 10.1 10.3 ohms and one will read like 22.ohms this would indicate a bad injector or one that is dead will read like .004
