Hello all, I have a crazy idea in mind, since I don't have a locker or anything near from a limited slip and that one of my brake cable is broken I wondered if it would be possible to fabricate something that would allow me to pull the e-brake on one drum only so I would be able if I have, lets say, the left wheel in the air or on ice, to block it so the right wheel would have power...

It's just a tought

Old school cutting brakes (which is what yu are really referring to) were cable/mechanical. New cutting brakes are hydraulic. These are used n the circle track, some driftin, and rockcrawling circles. They can even be used in conjucion with mechanical and selectable lockers.

This thread deals with front wheel brake locking but there's some discussion about rear brake locking that might help.
