Greetings N4W Community,

Your advice on the best clutch kit for both daily and off road use would be greatly appreciated!

N4W discussion threads indicate that EXEDY and NAPA are good choices. The shop that is rebuilding my 5 speed suggests a LUK kit. LUK also makes a performance kit while EXEDY and NAPA apparently only offer OEM kits for early Pathfinders with the 3.0 engine.

Thank you in advance for your advice!

luk is a great brand and so is Exedy... Napa is probably an SPX/filtran clutch which is good too.

As fare as clutch kits go Nissan OEM is the best way to go.

I don't recognize the brand name LUK, so I would go with EXEDY which I have Experience using their parts.

OEM Nissan would be the way to go. Contact ABC Nissan for a quote, I have recently checked in to a clutch kit and their discount price is comparable to aftermarket kits.
