are the shaft diameter and spline count the same on all the 3.0 and 3.3 V6 trannys?
and the t-case bolt pattern is the same correct? |

Yes. TX10 has a 30spline on V6 and 24spline on 4cyl models.

Yep, and even if it wasn't, you could just swap the torque converter/clutch

Here’s my question... Will a 3.3 tranny bolt up to a 3.0 engine?

3.0 has a larger trans to engine bolt..than a 3.3 ..

I'm running a 3.3 with a 3.0 tranny. My 3.3 had a torque converter, so I can't say if it would be a direct auto-auto/manual-manual swap or not, but the 3.0 flywheels/flexplates bolt right on the 3.3 anyway, so it's irrelevant.
It's a relatively easy swap, the biggest trouble is dealing with the accessories. 2004 Titan-fairly stock, '89 Nissan sas swap in progress d60/9", 9", 5.43's/arb's, 38.5x16x15"tsls/beadlocks, winch/air, 3.3L |
