Yup, 260-289 ft-lbs torque needed to get the 90-95 Pathfinder to slip, 138-180 ft-lbs on the 00-02 Xterra, and a pathetic 29-43 ft-lbs for the 03-04 models. May as well be open at that point.

They replaced several of the discs/plates with a spacer. The cost to replace the spacer with the proper discs/plates again is at least $150, and to go beyond that to "mod" it is another $100.

Well, aside from the obvious lack of demand...
The ones out there for the 31-spline would be easy enough to re-tool for, except they're made for the 4-pinion 2-piece carriers and they only made the 33-spline diffs with 2-pinion 1-piece carriers.
