Ok as I come aware of ORV parks or legal places to wheel in the Midwest I will post them here, as a sticky topic. If you have any to add please post them here also, so we can get a good list going since the Midwest is really a pain to find places to begin with and this seams to be a commonly asked question on all the Nissan boards.

Thanks

Minnesota's "Gilbert Iron Range Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation Area" (Gilbert IROHVRA for "short"! Everyone just cuts down shorter to the "Gilbert ORV park").

MN Off-Highway tags can be purchased right at the park. There is a 98 decibal (at 2500 RPM) MN noise limit level. I passed w/flying colors w/two leaks in my exhaust! I posted the website on one the threads here a while back. Also, the "Marble IROHVRA" is scheduled to open sometime w/in the next 2-3 years as well (if the MRR-"Minnesotan's for Responsible Recreation" (and environtal group out of Duluth, MN), can keep their noses out of it long enough for the MN DNR to get the ball rolling!

Ok. Update on the Gilbert IROHVRA site:

MN DNR off-road stickers are ONLY needed for MN residents and visitors staying for 30 days or more! This applies to ANY area in MN thta may require on off-road tag.
