Our we the only out of towners? I see no reason why that won't work. We don't want to put anyone out. I was just wondering because as always our (Matt and my) budget is pretty tight. I was also wondering because I am going to bring a 7 disc dvd duplicator, that needs to stay behind while on the trip, from work to make it much easier to burn dvds of pictures for anyone that wants one.

Yeah save you tons of gas, you have to put the front diff in banjo boys truck, and I'm the closest to the end of the run, except maybe Greg. You can leave whatever behind at my place, it'll be safe.

Is there anyone on the 4x4parts.com site that is talking about going? Seems like less folks are planning to be there this year, which is a shame because this run is going to be incredible.

Marchall, we plan on leaving West Fort Worth around 6pm on Friday. We should arrive in the Phoenix area around 3-4pm on Saturday.

Awesome - thanks Stone!!! I've got everything ready for the diff... I bought a 17' SS hose and have that mostly routed up there, switch, solenoid etc installed and working... I'm honestly running out of ideas for things to prep... I've started to do other weird projects like these 'rock lights' (Oh, I'm going to drive out on those little stock tires/wheels and bring my MTs on a hitch hauler if I can leave that at your place)

Okay on the hitch hauler. Do either of your trucks leak anything? Soooooo turkey, stuffing, mashed taters, gravy, homemade rolls, corn, and an apple pie. How does that sound? Figure we need a good meal before the week.

No leaks that I'm aware of... though I've been smelling antifreeze lately... making me nervous (I spent 20 minutes peering around last night looking for leaks with no luck). The food sounds GREAT!

My vavle cover gaskets are starting to seep a little, but other than that and some antifreeze due to no coolant tank, I haven't seen my truck leak anything. It used to leak between the tranny and t-case, but we re-did that seal.

Sounds great. Hell, we're thankful enough just to get a roof over heads before the run.
