Cold at night, but really not bad!! If Payson is also forecasted for rain on the same days, its going to be a pretty big weather system moving through. We will get wet! Big Grin Wet conditions will also bump the boulder field on Sunflower Mine Trail up a notch in difficulty.

Never fear.. I dug out the massive green tarp. It proved itself in the heaviest torrential downpour I've ever seen while camping on Ikes Backbone. We'll tie in as many tarps as we can to keep things dry. This is going to be a seriously fun trip!!
