With the number of posts in the AZRun IV forum, someone might think the run started very shortly. Who's wound up and excited? =)

I'm freakin' out. Crashinaz was the good samaritan today... He helped groove tires (all are done BTW), built me a tach bracket, bolted on fenders, and helped with other stuff. Here's what I still need to do:

Hook up tranny lines
Reweld rear driveshaft, and bolt into place (about a 15 minute job)
Cut fenders where the tires are gonna rub (Wow... I didn't think I'd be saying that ever again...)
Hook up rad fan, and bolt to rad
Hook up battery
Tighten bolts on hubs. Smile

That's all I can remember.. It's 2am on a Saturday morning. I'm entitled to not know WTF's going on. I have had about 4 hours of sleep in the last 3 nights now. I'm thinkin' about heading out to the garage right now to finish up the rear driveshaft, and maybe tighten the bolts on the hubs, and cut the fenders... I'm just about insane from lack of sleep though...

Mikey, get your sleep. You'll the energy to work on our trucks tomorrow. I shouldn't even be up this late. In fact, I'm going to bed now. I'll give you a call little later on this morning when there is light outside.

Hey Flip, I'm still up. Razz I drove your truck home, and I did notice the gear whine, but I can definitly see how I wouldn't notice it while I was driving in my truck... Stereo, tires, and exhaust would drown that out REAL quick. I didn't notice anything wierd about driving your truck aside from that it has REAL bad brake steer.

Oh, just found out that all the welding I did today gave me a burn on the INSIDE of my left elbow! Ow!

Yeah, I don't know where that brake steer came from. It's like it just showed up out of nowhere. Or maybe it became more evident once the alignment was done. I can't place when I started to notice that brake steer problem.

That could be it also. Cause I don't remember the problem before we swapped the axles, but at the same time, I didn't really notice it on my drive down to Shumans. I really noticed it after the alignment was done. Which sorta makes since, the brake steer is to the left, and before the alignment, it was pulling right bad, so, that could be the reason why I didn't notice it going down to Shumans, they were cancelling each other out before the alignment.

Well helped my boss move out the people he is renting a house from while his is completely remodeled up on mummy mountain.

then went and had the AC vacuumed out and recharged. The compressor still wouldn't stay on and I'm thinking, shoot buying a compressor when we get back and it's just gonna be hot in the truck. Turned out a relay was bad. Got to the nearest Nissan dealer RIGHT before they closed. Got real cold AC now for me and Piggy.

Now all I gotta do is finish packing. Ivan and Ron will both be here around noon tomorrow, and at some point we will all head over to John's in the Titan.

Had a suite at the Arena tonight entertaining clients. Man work sucks. Big Grin They did screw up the food and booze we bought, but they made up for it.....

Trusting that Will was picked up.... and Keith made it here. See you boys manana.

Meh.

Yep, Will, Keith, and the rest of the crowd were here tonight. I ended up with a truck on its roof in the backyard. The neighbors probably think I am nuts.
