Here is a intial report on day 4-5...wet and muddy. Now on to the carnage...there really wasn't much, it was just a great 2 days of wheeling, the rain made what would of been a so-so interesting road, very interesting. We only had to strap twice, Flipper was the first to be strapped, it was on this hill climb. It doesn't look bad in the photo, but the mud was like gumbo and there was little traction especially after a few trucks had already tore it up.

Any AT tire was useless out there, even the MTs were hard pressed, but my POS Big O ATs were USELESS, as shown here were I'm the second and only strap of either day.

Later while setting up camp Marshall (SwankyX) "accidently" drove his X off a 7ft. cliff. Surpiseingly the fall didn't do any damage to the truck, it was the bundles of wood that he had bunged to his rack that came and put a few dents in his hood, and "YES" Datz510 caught it all on tape, I'm sure that will be here as soon as he gets back. Here is a pic of 'tent city' Thursday night.

Water, water everywhere...I haven't seen this much water in AZ washes since the '88 floods. Everything had running water, here we have a wash shortly after turning off of Gas Line Road...

and this is John and Marshall trying to figure out what this stuff is...

And we even saw a stranger type of water off in the distance that glittered...

Today the road just seemed to disappear sometimes, we traveled up this wash for several miles..then it started raining and we thought we had better not dilly dally any...

I pussied out and came home to sleep in a warm, dry bed tonight, I'm going back out tomorrow and meet up with them back in Wickenberg...more to come on days 4-5 and 6.
