How long would the stock tie rod ends last on a run like az run IV. I know you cant say anything for sure but a general assumption would be good. Maybe go through tie rod ends once throughout the whole run or definitley go through more than one set?

With good driving, they may last the whole trip and beyond. Depends on how hard you hammer the truck and how willing you may be to take a strap. Having spares along is definitely recommended though to save being stranded.

Or by upgrading to Calmini steering. It should be available very soon.

Hey there...

A way to track down insurers for this is to grab the Yellow Pages and call up agents that specialize in Commercial insurance. I've found these kind of folks to usually be real helpfull in refering me on to someone else if a given kind of coverage is not something that their principles are interested in insuring.

Commercial insurance companies are geared up to measure the risk and set a premium on all sorts of weird stuff including week long offroad running around stuff!
