I am relocating to Raleigh, NC by the end of next month.

1200 additional miles between AZ and me, combined with trying to get settled into a new job and place to live are going to keep me extremely busy for a while.

I am hereby making a commitment to attend AZ VII in 2007.

We have some unused plane tickets that we have to use befroe May so she could fly out and avoid the dreaded cross country drive. I'd fly but I don't think they will let me bring the truck as a carry on?

As much as I would love to be there, I doubt I will make it. If I can't make it on my own funds than I won't be there. I appriciate the generous offers but that is not me. I've spent a lot of money on the truck over the last few years and to do that and have others pony up the money just ain't right. Almost everything that I want done is completed so next year the budget should go towards traveling. I want to do an AZ run and would like to try for the Ultimate Adventure as well as the Real Truck Club Challenge. AZ is a definate the others are invite only. So to take money from anyone of you and then try for one of these would be a little shady in my book. I'll see about it, but no gaurantees. Thanks for the offers though.

DR, there is no doubt in my mind that the AZ runs are the best runs out there. I will do an AZ run before I do any of the others. But once I do make it west I exspect a few of you to make plans to head east one day.
