I'll be patient and see what happens.

Don't be too patient though - you still have to mail it back and wait for them to mail your permit to you. I have no problem lighting a fire under state employees so just say the word.

I got my permit app today and filled it out. I'll be sending it in in the morning.

You guys should be getting yours shortly. Send them in right away.

Is snail mail the only way to get one?

Could somebody scan & make a .pdf or something? Seems like that would make it easier/quicker for some if possible?

Unfortunately no...it's on a carbon, so you gotta do it this way or visit the land office in downtown Phoenix.

Only $15....if you didn't make it, that's all you'd be out.

I recieved my second one yesterday.

Well, to top everything ELSE off, I haven't got my permit yet, and I've called twice. Last time was about 2 weeks ago. Anybody help me out on this one?

Sooo, me being the procrastinating slacker that I am... did I understand correctly that I can go down to this office and walk out with one in a few minutes? Also, what constitutes as a family member? Wife/children? What if I wanted to bring one of my little brothers along? Is there an age limit as to when they don't need one? Maybe I'll just go and find out
