I hope Stone remembers his N4W password 'cause I logged him out smiley33

Had a FAN-DAMN-TASTIC time!!! With some help from the new front locker (thanks Stone!) the truck did really well. I ran everything except for upper Ajax (and was glad that I skipped it... WOW that was a cool-but-tough trail) I'm awwwwfully tempted by the SAS, though. Marchall's truck just easily cruised through the stuff that I had to bash, scrape, and slide through.

I'll tell you this: There will be no suspension lift, axle regearing, or steering system for me. Either I'm leaving the truck the way it is (now who here believes THAT will happen?) or I'm going SAS. No sense wasting money on second-rate mods. I may go ahead and do tcase gears tho. If I can scrape the money in the next month I can still get the $999 deal.

Keith called with bad news on his wobbly tires - turns out he warped a couple of his rims and bent a lower link... I'm sure he'll work something out that'll let him get it home though.

My first-day-damage was that the piece of frame that the motor mount bolts to was touching the ARB air line fitting and broke it. Keith cut a notch out of the motor-mount mount with his torch (there is a good pic of this somewhere) and I was able to get it back together with some extra brass fittings.

Oh, I also lost one of my cute foglights (as everyone told me I would) Frown

well I made it back, had a blast. the Heep on the other had almost lost a power steering cap, also is pulling like the E-brake is still engaged one one wheel. As usal I will need to tighten every bolt that I can see and can reach. I took a shower and now have a head ache and don't know if I will be going back out.

Pretty lackluster. We had a great slide show and some pizza, but most everyone was pretty pooped out.

Yup, you got the pretty pooped out part right Andy...

After driving for a week, and moving in, then not sleeping much Thursday night thanks to a bunch of Coyotes wanting to eat a cow (which I'm 99% sure they got), I was damn tired.

I got home, took a shower, and sat down to put on my pants and woke up Sunday morning. Heh..
